Pictorial Past - Terms of Trade and Disclaimer
These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by Pictorial Past to you. Pictorial Past may amend these terms from time to time. You shall be notified of any amendments by a notice on the Pictorial Past site.
2. Pictorial Past's Contract With You
No contract shall exist between you and Pictorial Past until Pictorial Past has sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Pictorial Past is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods. Pictorial Past reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered. Pictorial Past also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
The prices of the goods are specified on the Pictorial Past site. Such information is subject to change without notice. Each price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). There shall be an additional charge for delivery, the amount of which shall vary according to the delivery method that you choose. All credit/debit card transactions are in British Pounds Sterling. All Dollar prices are a guide only. You will be informed of the charge in British Pounds Sterling before proceeding to the payment page.
4. Images & Sizes
Whilst every effort is made to accurately represent all sizes and images, minor differences may occur.
5. Delivery of Goods
Pictorial Past shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the Pictorial Past site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Pictorial Past may deliver items in an order separately but shall charge you for postage and packing on the first delivery only. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery. The point of sale of all products is deemed to be Clydebank, Scotland, UK. Carriers and freight companies are deemed to be acting for the purchaser
6. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
